At Pipestone Performing Arts Center, we truly appreciate your support! All merchandise sales directly benefit our nonprofit mission, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How to Return or Exchange
Please contact us at director@pipestonperformingartscenter.com or stop by the PAC Box Office during regular hours. We’ll be happy to help you with the return or find the right size/item for an exchange.

Please Note:

• We are a nonprofit organization; refunds will be issued in the original form of payment whenever possible.

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do our best to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your items arrive safely.

Local Pickup

Prefer to skip the shipping? Free local pickup is available at the PAC Box Office during regular business hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us directly.
